We’re very excited to welcome Caitlin Ruth to Bakestone for a special weekend pop-up.

Award-winning chef and champion of sustainable Irish food, Caitlin is known for big flavours, brilliant local produce and her unmistakable style of cooking.

For one weekend, she’ll bring a vibrant fusion of Mexican flavour and West Cork character to the table — a generous sharing-style feast, with course after course of bold flavours and dishes made for passing around and enjoying together.

Each sitting is strictly two hours. All tables must be vacated at the end of the allocated two-hour sitting to allow us to welcome the next guests. Please arrive promptly to enjoy the full dining experience.
